Hello
I have been reading about some real estate courses where they say that probate real estaet investing work sbecause the heirs are motivated to sell to pay of any property debts and will sell quickly for huge discount.
My question is why don’t they just list it with an agent?
If it’s such a discount someone will buy it?
Thanks
aston

. . asked: Ok. Lets say a Real Estate investor buys a 20 unit apartment building (20-Plex). And this landlord has paid off the WHOLE building. It is 100% occupied and he charges 600 per month in each unit. And wonderfully everyone pays on time every month

SO it grosses at 144K a year. ALL i want to know is what will be his NET after that, because i know there are expenses that hes gonna have to use that 144K. Can u tell me what these different expenses are and how much u estimate his net will be after all the expenses? Thank YOU! Sorry about the long paragraph lol im just curious because i want to learn about RE investing.

With how the dollar isdeclining compared to most foriegn currencies, I was considering sticking it in a foreign European countries cd that paid a lot higher rate of return. I figure with the higer rate of return and the the currency that it would be held increasing in value compared to the dollar it would be a great situation. What are the drawbacks ? Tax implications?
